What to expect
If you have booked your appointment at the Jacob’s Well NHS COVID-19 Vaccination Centre in Bradford (located at Jacob’s Well car park) using the national NHS booking system, you will receive confirmation of your appointment.
When you arrive, you will be asked to check-in and confirm your appointment. You’ll then have a brief clinical assessment, before getting your vaccine and then leaving the centre.
If you have any queries about your pre-booked appointment date or time, please call the national booking service on 119, or you can manage your appointment online.

If you’re bringing someone with you
Please ask them to wait outside. If you need assistance, they can go with you but please ensure they have a face covering (unless they are exempt from wearing one).
If you have additional information needs
If you need an interpreter or any other assistance, please let us know when you arrive at Jacob’s Well.

Please remember that even when you’ve had your vaccine, you still need to continue to follow all the guidelines, particularly on hand hygiene and social distancing, to control the virus and save lives.
How to find the NHS Covid-19 Vaccination Centre at Jacob’s Well, 5 Nelson Street, Bradford BD1 5AX
By bus: The vaccination site is less than 10 minutes’ walk from all city centre bus stops including Bradford interchange. Please use the ‘by foot’ instructions below.

By train: You can reach the vaccination site from either Bradford Forster Square or Bradford Interchange stations.
Bradford Forster Square is a 12-minute walk and Bradford interchange is a 5 minute walk using the by foot instructions below.
By car: Access to the site is from Nelson Street, Bradford.
By foot: Follow signs to Bradford’s City Hall or City Park.
Once in City Park, leave on Channing Way (between City Hall and the Magistrates Court).
At the end of the road is a pedestrian crossing.
Cross over the road and bear right on to Nelson Street which is where you will find the entrance to the COVID-19 Vaccination Centre. If you are using an app to help guide you, please use the postcode BD1 5AX.
