Thornton ward – Lynfield Mount

Description

We provide services for people who have a mental health problem and who may have received input from the criminal justice system. The service is for those whose care and treatment cannot be safely or successfully delivered in local mental health services.

Thornton Ward is our admission and assessment ward. We would generally care for you at this ward when you first arrive within our low secure services at Moorland View.  We will work with you to plan your journey through our low secure services using a variety of recovery based outcomes.

How to access:

Referrals can be made for males over 18 years of age through prison service, courts, other secure hospitals, as well as internal referrals from the Trust.

Visiting information:

Please note all visits must be booked in advance on the ward.
Monday to Friday, 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm
Saturday and Sunday, 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm
