I was a carer for my parents for 15 years, and have experienced NHS services throughout my own physical health problems. I have worked on the Trust’s Quality and Safety Committee and Strategic Reference Group as a patient representative, as well as sitting in on job interviews for staff at every level. I feel I have an insight into the Trust’s work which I can use to help address challenges in the future.
