Patient Experience is the focus

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is hosting a free talk, Thursday 29 October at the Cellar Trust, Shipley as part of its ‘Board on the Road’ meetings.
Service users, volunteers and NHS staff will share steps the Care Trust has taken to improve patient experience over the years. This includes changes to the complaints process, service user and carer panels and different ways of collecting and using patient feedback, such as the Comments Campervan.
The Trust’s ‘Board on the Road’ meeting will start at 10am with the patient experience talk beginning at 12.30pm. People can ask questions to Board members about any of the services Bradford District Care Foundation Trust provides.
