About the service

The Community Infant Feeding team provides friendly, expert advice and guidance so you can make informed decisions about feeding your baby. We offer positive support, non-judgmental care and respect the decisions you make about breastfeeding, expressing or mixed feeding (breast and bottle).

We can help families whose babies are experiencing feeding problems or who require specific support. Our team also offers Baby Feeding Support Sessions to provide a listening ear and some practical tips and advice to help you along your breastfeeding journey. These are free sessions where you can chat to a member of our team and other families in a relaxed, informal, community setting.

Full details of all our services, how we support you and baby feeding support sessions are available on our Community Infant Feeding team page on the Family Health Services website, Better Lives, Healthy Futures.
