About the service

Our Children in Care team works closely with social care to look after the health needs of Bradford children and young people aged 0-18 who are looked after. This may be with a foster carer, a residential home, or living with family and friends under the care of a social worker.

Please visit our Children in Care team page on the dedicated 0-19 Family Health services website for more information about the team and our support.

Our Leaving Care nurses work closely with social care to look after the health needs of Bradford children and young people aged 16-25 who have been looked after or have presented as homeless/unaccompanied asylum seekers. Please visit our Children Leaving Care team page on the 0-19 Family Health services website for more information.
