Breastfeeding Friendly Bradford District

Breastfeeding Friendly Bradford District

What is the Breastfeeding Friendly scheme?

The Breastfeeding Friendly Bradford logoBradford District welcomes breastfeeding here there and everywhere.

Organisations across the district are encouraged to demonstrate your support for breastfeeding mothers by joining the Breastfeeding Friendly scheme. By joining you indicate that you can offer a welcoming space where mothers can feel comfortable breastfeeding their babies wherever they need and wish.

Who can join?
Any public venue, organisation, education establishment, transport company, restaurant or food venue can join.

How do I join?
Its very simple.  No training is required – all we ask is that you have friendly staff who are ready with a smile and willing to give thought to the comfort and welcome families receive in your venue.

If you can say ‘yes’ to the Breastfeeding Friendly checklist below, you are ready to complete the Breastfeeding Friendly registration form.
