Ambition to action strategy, 2023-26
Our refreshed strategy, Ambition to Action, sets out our strategic priorities for 2023-2026, and it reflects the views of our colleagues, people who use our services, our communities and partners.
Our plan focuses on the four strategic priorities of best place to work, best quality services, best use of resources and best partner. It outlines what we’ll do to deliver them, and the positive impacts that we expect to see for our communities.
Our Trust values (how we behave) of we care, we listen and deliver, will run through everything we do, to create ‘better lives, together’.
Our current context
It reflects our current context and wider challenges, and ensures that we have sustainable services – all built on a strong foundation – to improve our services and meet the changing needs of our communities.
Our strategy supports the wider plans across Bradford and Craven, with strong partnership working that we call Act as One.
It also aligns with the wider West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership plans.
