What to do in an emergency
If the situation is life threatening for you or someone you are with, go to your nearest accident and emergency hospital or call 999. A&E and 999 services are for emergency and life-threatening conditions only.

Distressed or feel unsafe about your mental health? Call First Response
If you are experiencing something which makes you feel unsafe, distressed or worried about your mental health you should contact our First Response team.
First Response is for people of all ages living in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven who are experiencing a mental health crisis. You do not have to have used any mental health services before.
The team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week – call 0800 9521181.
