Description

We provide services for people who have a mental health problem and who may have received input from the criminal justice system. The service is for those whose care and treatment cannot be safely or successfully delivered in local mental health services. We are based on site at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

In preparation for your discharge we provide a rehabilitation service at Ilkley ward. We deliver ongoing treatment and engagement with therapeutic and activity programmes. We will also support you to build the relevant and appropriate skills in preparation for your discharge.

From October 2024 all our in-patient sites became smoke free facilities.
